I like working out here but lately it’s been too crowded at night on two separate occasions I almost got into a confrontation because people claim they are using the equipment and in fact are not I know people like to superset but some of us are there to get a quick workout and go home there needs to be some rules about this

Okay I love my membership and i travel all around the country and this is the first time leaving a review because the men’s locker room is filthy. I hope it’s just a bad day.

I just have to say you guys need to train your midnight staff a little better as it is a “no judgement safe zone” right? My nephew went last night to work out confidently but seen your staff laughing, while starring at him. He thought maybe they were looking at someone else but every time he looked over at the counter, he seen the staff kept looking at him. I don’t think this is cool at all.

It says that it’s open 24 hours and I just showed up today on the 31st at 3 o’clock in the morning 2023 and all of the lights off but the TVs are on. I don’t know how 24 hour works according to them, but they are not open, but they say they are. So be cautious of places where they say they are open 24 hours. Make sure you call in advance to make sure they are open.

Went to go workout on the weekend with my family, I went in with my daughter and checked us in and then my bf came in with his son denying him entry due to us needing to show proof of age, "which mind you they dont ask for this" the worker BERNARD had a really bad attitude and told him he doesnt need to have such a bad attitude and needed better customer service and that i was done talking to him, for having to tell him this he decided to call the cops on me in front of my family which i told him it was fine and worked out while i waited, i didnt think it was correct that he did this and maybe he should take some classes on professionalism and Etiquette instead of trying to be a DRAMA QUEEN! I appreciated the other worker, she was very nice and polite.

It's a very affordable gym, but you get what you pay for. People have no gym etiquette whatsoever they never clean their sweat after using the machines. Seems more people go to take pictures and videos rather than work out.

Very creepy this is not a judgement free zone I'm a little older and travel for my work I've been to 100 planet fitness this one is locals only bad vibes just very creepy

Only one out of four showers work the one that did work the drain was plugged up and removed with hair n grime n it disgusting. None of the dressing stalls have benches or stool to put things on. Reported to the so called manager and they brushed me off she said they don't do plumbing. I'm reporting This Planet Fitness to corporate in the morning I work out all over the country traveling for work

Love coming here when it's empty. The staff is very helpful too

3 out of 4 showers dont work, no water pressure and water heater barely works, homeless people in parking lots, trash everywhere, toilets are never fully cleaned, and gutter smell is present throughout facility half of the time i come.
