I really like this gym because its cheap, local, and 24 hours. I dont expect too much out of the gym being that its a low price but being a black card member I really enjoy it. I stay to myself anyway just doing simple cardio and weights then leave. Sometimes if I want to bring my husband with me I can.

Love this facility! It's massive and has plenty of different machines to chose from as well as TV screens. Although, the customer service is pretty terrible especially for those enrolling. Never got toured around the facility and has to learn to work things on my own.

Staff is very helpful and friendly; especially the girl that showed me around. I wish I remembered her name but she was a sweetheart. I love how everything is set up and doesn't intimidate you. I even built up a simple routine starting with cardio, then light weight lifting and some ab work followed by a massage from the hydro-massage table at the end. I joined at the perfect time where I get everything for $20 a month. One of the best decisions I've made all year and I can go at anytime!

FIX THE CLOCK!!!!! CMON WHERE IS THE OWNERS PRIDE? OBVIOUSLY ThIS JUST A CASH COW FOR THEM. ITS BEEN OFF FOR MONTHS AND ITS MOUNTED MAIN AND CENTER!The only thing good about this place is the price. Otherwise this has to be one of the most disgusting gyms I've been to full of broken equipment.Planet Fitness you have someone that comes in just to clean at 6am everyday. A lady that looks like she cleans houses for a living. Why don't you hire a professional cleaning service.Your facility also needs to be cleaned more than once a day. It's a 24 hour gym and by 9pm the soap is always out, lockers rooms and stalls are always full of trash all over the place and the showers are filthy.You only have 8 cycles and 7 of them have broken straps that have been broken for months. Are you guys going to fix that?Planet Fitness you should be ashamed of yourself. Just because the area is poverty stricken doesn't mean you have to operate a dirty low class operation.

nice place but yeah they have little benchs by the free weight area and only 2-3 for the squats most of the time i don't get to use them specially when its crowded

I am just starting to get back in shape so right now I mostly use the weight machines and treadmills. But there is very little room for the free weights and on busy days it can get crowded with people waiting for them. They also have what they call a Lunk Alarm... Not sure if the staff sets it off or if it is sound sensitive, but it is basically an air raid siren attached to a light to warn the "lunks" if the are being to "lunkish"? it is distracting and thankfully does not go off often.

This is a great place with very caring and helpful staff. Someone stole my iPhone there leaving it on the bench and they did everything they could to help me find it and I did find the guy. They literally spent hours helping me find this guy. Very very good place. Thank you Jocelyn and everyone else that helped that I don't remember all the names. Thank you all!!

Equipment in general as a gym is average. I go on a regular basis. But I recently walked in and saw employees sitting almost sleeping. For me it felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. Customer service is decent.

Closest PF near where I was staying (Ontario Mills). The place was very busy at 4pm. Didn't have to wait for the machines but had to skip around to find one unoccupied. It was quite warm inside also.

I recently got my membership here and I was happy with the customer service but then I go back the next day and it was different personal. They are extremely rude I have to wait forever to get into the black card area or I get completely ignored by them. Their not doing anything but being on their phones not paying attention their only nice when your starting your membership.
