Clean the showers. They are due for a deep cleaning. There is no excuse for them being disgusting other than negligence from the staff (management included because they are also staff)Edit: all they do is respond with "talk to the manager" I did and was told they would take care of it and guess what???.. they didn't take care of anything. The showers AND Restroom area are exactly the same.

Outdated equipment, dirty place front main floor to bathroom and showers, i didnt see any employees cleaning. Out of paper on cleaning stations. I didnt see any customers cleaning equipment ider.always busy, been there several times because is convinient close to fwy, but I won't go back. As bussy as this place is they should have at least 2 employees cleaning.I been all over the country and seen some very clean planet fitness centers, but this location I don't recommend. Thank you.

The restrooms are ALWAYS dirty, I don’t even feel comfortable using them. Every time I go I hope for them to be cleaned and they look even dirtier than before. Seriously considering canceling my membership cause of it.

I recently joined here. it's a nice clean place with plenty of equipment. Their app has a graph to show how busy it is. But I have never seen it so busy that I needed to wait.

My mom and I have been coming to this gym for years and we loved it BUT for a while now the restrooms always look disgusting. We have mentioned it to staff weeks ago but it looks like nothing has been done about it. I’m all for socializing during work but when your facility is looking gross like that they should be taking care of that first. I go in the morning before work so it’s not a good experience when I have to shower there and get ready for work. I tried Chuze fitness and huge difference. We are definitely cancelling our membership.

It was my First time going to this location, and my first bad impression was the restroom area. I hate to sound like a “Karen”, but it was extremely filthy. I understand that it’s a tough job and they should hire a crew that can manage to clean the restrooms. Other Planet fitness locations can upkeep with the maintenance with no issues. So, maybe management is the one to blame. I still got a good workout though, the equipment is newer than other locations, so that’s why I rate them a 3.

for the price per month can't beat it. But Have to be careful ,some of the locations are not open late and some some of the locations could definitely improve the cleaning and maintenance of the men's room area.It would be great even just to leave the cleaning supplies and let us members help keep it clean .

First time here and I wasn't impressed. Machines are great but I had to stare at this for over 2 hours. I kindly let the staff know about this and the staff member told me they have a night cleaning crew that will take care of it. Really? So it's nobody responsibility to take care of it or at least throw a paper towel over it? I know it's disgusting but I don't think us the guest have to stare at it for hours. Staff should do better

I love my experience at this planet fitness. Tried the hydro massage table...it works! They have the vibrating both & that works. Restrooms are clean & stocked up. The staff is friendly and helpful at the front desk. My overall experience has been great.

This place has gone from great to being disgusting. Ever since they allowed the children to go for free this past summer it's been apuling. Does this even pass health inspection? Mirrors haven't been cleaned in weeks. Toilets are breeding bacteria. The trash cans are full. Only one sink works in the mens room. I wont dare use a shower. The people that go there do more cleaning than the workers. I wish I could just sit behind a counter all day, laught and get paid to do nothing. I seen roaches the other day next to the leg adduction machine. Bravo on the holiday decorations. 👏 now get the rest of the gym in order.
