For my job, I go to many different locations across the US, which means I go to many different Planet Fitness’s. I have to say, I’ve been coming to this one for a few weeks and it’s by far one of the dirtiest I go to. I went in yesterday and trash and people clothes (underwear) were still in the same place from the day before. It never feels like it’s being cleaned. On top of that, the treadmills are terrible and they never have any kettle bells. This place really needs to step up their game and put some effort into the place.

The staff are nice, but the gym is dirty and has been for months. I visit other Planet Fitness locations and often see staff cleaning machines, floors, and mirrors. I've also seen cleaning crews. That doesn't happen at this location. Sweat stains, gum, hair, and dirt continue to build up on the machines. Huge dust balls are under certain machines in the weight area. The mirrors are dirty. It's obvious that Planet Fitness is not cleaning this location at all. Definitely time to switch gyms.04/20: Lowered to 1 star based on owner's response, which in no way states they will address the issue. Instead, I'm asked to once again share my concerns as if they don't already know what they are.

It's your basic Planet Fitness one thing I like about this Planet Fitness over some of the other ones is it is kept pretty clean

Everything is great here except for 1 thing... the staff are terrible!!!Horrible Customer service!!!Very Rude!!! And unprofessional!!!Been coming here for over a year now and out of nowhere there Hired some new employees there are not well trainedThere all highschool kids that works here so go figure... Management really needs to clean house..

Love this location!! I just started working out a few mths ago and I couldn’t have started at a better place. I love coming here and feel very comfortable around the staff. The staff always seems to be in a great mood everytime. They are always smiling and will stop mid conversation amongst each other to greet every person walking thru the door. I am very shy but I really appreciate that. Having a wonderful staff and a clean environment with Good vibes really helps me stay motivated and coming back.
