Clean and tidy. Helpful staff and a beautiful gym. Equipment is serviced regularly and the membership is ridiculously inexpensive. Large and doesnt feel crowded

Awesome staff and great equipment. There are always fun activities that you can participate in to be an active member within the gym. It’s different than that usual gym in that it is quiet and more spacious.

Nice new equipment, very clean space. It felt a bit too spaceship futuristic like you could perform a surgical operation, the lighter dumbbell weights (5-17.5 lbs) were separated from the rest of the weights. Also one of the new machines had these flip stitches instead of a pin that would get stuck.

The stark white spaces and equipment can feel antiseptic at times, but I suppose that's ok in a gym setting and is preferable to the alternative. Was given incorrect/misleading information when I signed up and was told a month to month subscription could be cancelled at any point and the remainder would be prorated. Business office refuted that I was told them, insisted I must have misheard or misunderstood, and quoted policy at me as opposed to backdating my cancellation by five days to avoid the latest installment. Could use some empathy training and make sure their reps know that sometimes making a member happy can trump policy.Overall, the gym itself is nice but, as usual, around the time everyone gets off work it can be difficult to find a rack to use. You get a lot more for your money at 24hr Fitness, such as sauna and pool but like they say, the best gym is the one closest to home.

I do most of my workouts at ALIVE's sister gym, the Raintree Athletic Center. However, ALIVE is brand new, exciting, and has special perks of its own!The color scheme is beautiful (lime green to wake you up and get you motivated), it's clean, and the weights area is HUGE. As a whole, it feels very spacious, and so it serves as a relaxing facility. The studios are really nice if you would like to do your own thing. And the locker rooms are breathtaking. They are honestly just very pretty. It makes you feel at home. The greatest thing of all is that it is open and staffed 24/7! ALIVE works with your schedule, and the employees are very kind. Don't hesitate to give it a try!

If you're looking for a gym with friendly, clean, non-threatening environment, with a great representation of a large demographic. This gym will not disappoint. This was a really great gym (while we still lived in Fort Collins). The space feels really large, i never felt crowded. The staff are friendly and helpful. It was nice being greeted with a smile. The employees all seemed to enjoy their jobs there.The equipment selection is spot on. Whether you are there for a cardio workout, or strength training, you will find accommodations! The virtual instruction rooms are amazing. Locker rooms are very clean and modern. If you're going to shower, bring your own towel though, it's one way Alive keeps their costs low, which is reflected in their membership dues.
