I've been going to Alive 5-6 days a week for the last year and a half. The gym is amazing, the staff is incredibly friendly (event at 5:30am), and I honestly look forward to going each and every day. As someone who uses machines, dumb bells, Peloton's, and the studios, I can say that everything in the gym is awesome. I really enjoy this place and consider myself lucky to have found it.

Love working out at this gym because there's always somebody working 24 hours a day and being a bigger person I do fear about possibly having a heart attack at the gym but knowing that someone's there and they have a defibrillator makes me feel more comfortable about working out definitely would recommend it to people getting into fitness or wanting to better themselves.
