C1 class with Carly was great! For those new to yoga, she has a warm and easy approach as she describes the sequence and the benefits of each pose. Fantastic retail line in the lobby!

CorePower Fort Collins has changed my life. This place along with all of its wonderful teachers have given me the physical and spiritual strength that I never knew I had. I recommend this studio for anyone - whether you are a seasoned yogi or just looking to be the best version of yourself you should give it a try. Thanks CorePower team!

CorePower in a nutshell. All classes I have taken have a session of core work (nice feature that is distinct to CorePower). Hot classes are nice and warm without being overwhelming to me (I have taken hot classes before and I am conditioned for them). Teachers are given the chance to change their classes up based on individual style. Awesome studio and I am still going there. Favorite teacher's style Renee. Soft, light and calming voice with some really and unusual movements that challenge me in the class.Downside-Nothing I have noticed so far.I completed my free week of yoga here and then purchased a pack of classes. Why not the membership? Doing trial memberships at all the yoga studios in town to find the right one. I have not found a teacher that I don't here. If your are new to yoga I recommend trying the free week here, the C1 classes are good for beginners. Advanced? Try any C1 or C2 classes. There is almost always a call at some point for fun arm balances and a lot of teachers will work towards a specific arm balance over several classes.
