I love the classes where the instructors have the freedom to choose their own music and their own flow. It allows for a lot of creativity and makes each class crazy interesting. Chris is such an amazing instructor. I love his classes!

I love that I can come to CPY FoCo when I’m visiting my daughter at school & not miss my favs (HPF & HOT) while away. Liz was fabulous! She gives great adjustments, has a pleasant and welcoming demeanor, & it was nice to have a few of the variations—like sphinx pose—she threw in. Some other things to note; I did not notice a hair dryer there (every CorePower I go to in the Denver Metro area always has them), maybe I missed it? Lastly, the heat and humidity could’ve been a little higher! Crank it up! After all it’s hot yoga 🔥🧘🏻♀️ ❣️:)Kiki

Core Power in Fort Collins is my favorite. I have been to several CorePower studios over the past year in Fort Collins is by far the best. They have the best teachers and the classes are consistent and thought out and put together with love. I am so thankful that I have such a wonderful place to practice yoga 5 days a week.
