On the whole this place has been good to me over the years, from back when it was The Pulse. Actually, becoming RAC was an improvement for them in terms of investment in their equipment and offerings. They have solid equipment and space when they're not too busy. They do have a habit of getting busy during rush times and when that happens it takes patience to work through with everyone else and some exercises stop being possible.Their training staff has been friendly overall and competent. The failure is that I've done training for a significant time and I don't need to walk through an introduction. They have their process though and they won't deviate from it. This feels like wasting my time and money and so I didn't stick with their training for long. The general staff is friendly, especially in their nursery, which is a very welcome part of the club for those of us with young children. They try to work with people on issues, though they do have their club rules and it's unusual for them to deviate from those for much any reason.I would say that this place is a solid option if you want their range of services (like the hot tub and sauna) and are nearby. If you live closer to other gyms and don't need those amenities, the drive probably isn't worth the inconvenience as they're not necessarily vastly better than 24 Hour Fitness or Miramont.

As a disabled veteran i attempted to drop off an application and was told to come back when a manager was available. Then i was given the application back. So i asked how is the manager going to call me if they dont have my info.I was told i would need to keep returning with my application to inquire about the managers availability. This blows my mind how much power abuse they are putting into place before you even apply. This simple lack of respect to customers and applicants is appalling and they have permanently earned a spokes person against them.

I just wanted to take the time to make a shout out to RAC, specifically, the TRIBE fitness program. Yesterday, marked my last day of the first season of TRIBE at RAC and I am honestly blown away. During my first class, I was huffing and puffing and sweating and crying all at the same time (in a good way). By my last class, I was still huffing and puffing but I had so much more control, good form and motivation. My endurance increased tremendously and so did my overall body functionality.Real talk, at first I was pretty nervous to be in this class. I thought I would be trying to keep up with the best of the best and then there would be me in the corner, suffering, alone. That said, the program isn’t easy by any means but suffering alone was not the case at all “lol”. I felt great and like a part of a team. If you’ve ever felt scared or nervous to be in a class, DONT BE! The instructors (Cori was mine and she is wonderful) are spectacular and very involved. They care about you, know their stuff and are really helpful! My class in particular, grew from a group of strangers to a group of people with common interests. We became a group that supports, pushes and motivates each other. Some of us even sit and chat after class over coffee and protein shakes. It’s wonderful to see the “tribe” that is actually forming. Cliche but the name sure is fitting! My goal in this review was to attempt to be really descriptive in my experience so people can know the worth of this program. TRIBE is what is going to get me to my next step in my health/fitness journey and I think it can help you too! I’m excited for season two and am already signed up! If you’re thinking about switching up your workout/routine....if you’re wanting to push yourself to new limits...then give it a shot! I promise, you won’t regret it. And to touch on the price because it isn’t free, don’t forget, you’re investing in yourself..and that’s priceless ;)

Staff and members are both racist. My husband and I experienced racism and they denied the facts, chose to not do anything, then preceded to terminate OUR membership after going there for years!! All we would do was go to the sauna and steam room and leave; not cause any trouble, not even engage with others!!! And when other people confronted us the staff would tell us that WE need to be more understanding...

Horrible gym, horrible service and racist members. I don’t even use the equipment and have been harassed by the members in the sauna with racial slurs. They also let you walk in the gym without telling you if your account is up to date that’s why they changed to the month to month option. The owner Martin won’t let us rejoin the gym because he had to fire his accountant for discriminating against me. Little did she know I’m a business owner as well. The people at the front desk are incapable of doing simple tasks and I single handily made the whole gym get retrained because I got a new bank card and they allowed me to walk into the gym for 3 months without telling me or sending mail notification. Who scans a person gym card for 4 months without notifying the customer that something is wrong with the membership. Then I finally found out by a older gentleman and I came in the next day and the lady was talking down to me like I was ignorant and illiterate, while threatening to send me to collections. I continued to tell her I was unaware that my membership was overdue bc no one was stopping me or telling me when I came in. They then threatened me saying they had camera footage of me walking by the employees. Who allows a person to walk past them when there duty is to make sure everyone is paid and up to date. So I called her bluff and asked for the footage. The next day the lady was terminated for her lies. Now Martin (the owner) is saying we’re not a good fit because his pea brained staff. Funny bc now I’m filing a lawsuit for discrimination!!! 🤷🏾♂️

Overpriced and crowded. Since I have been going to this gym they have raised the price twice with no kick back to recurring members. Members have actually taken a hit with the loss of a racketball court in change for this "TRIBE" area that you must pay an additional charge for. This gym is not worth it. Far better priced gyms out there with way more bang for your buck!

We have been members of the club for over 20 years and when it was The Pulse. We recently left the club only because we moved. Michelle in membership has always taken great care of us and Martin runs a great establishment.

I thought the gym was very nice. However when I went there to see about different membership options, I came to realize it is kind of expensive. It really truly is a beautiful gym and the people seem very nice and they have a wonderful cafe as well as other Amenities.

This 5 star review is dedicated to the Treehouse Childcare. Nadine, Roman and Shelby stand out as amazing childcare professionals. I have been bringing my son since to them since he was 6 weeks old, and they have been nothing short of amazing with him. As a new momma, i can't thank Raintree enough for providing top quality child care as a convenience while I work out (or just sit in the hot tub). Thank you!!!Also, my 6 year old niece loves swim team, and my 3 year old niece is in swim lessons. It is the highlight of their week!!! Coach Nick rocks.
