Home will always be home.I recently relocated to a different state and had to sadly put a pause to my journey at ATT Fort Lauderdale. However, I will always carry the great relationships I created along with the Jiu-Jitsu I learned from Master Junior Fernandes.Junior Fernandes is a scientist when breaking down the classes (beginners or advanced) and he cares deeply about integrity and your development as a jiu-jitsu student. He has also produced other world class Black Belts who earned their belts with plenty of work and years of dedication.Professor Blake in particular is a great instructor for beginners and advanced classes; and he likes utilizing Junior's style of teaching along with his own perspective for the fundamentals lessons; getting everyone to understand the basics of Jiu-Jitsu, proper mat etiquette, respect for your teammates, and of course; some awesome rolls.Can't wait to visit again when I come home.

Amazing nice and friendly everyone there treats you like a family highly recommend and i am so happy to have met the people there i feel at home and ive learned alot great coaches.

I've trained in both US and Europe. Hands down this is the best martial arts school I've seen. The instructors dedicated and patient. I have enrolled all 5 of my children in BJJ, and my wife and I are going to begin training. The school offers a large variety of styles-- BJJ, Muay Thai, Boxing, kick boxing, Judo, various levels of crossfire and cardio training. There are several professional MMA fighters than train there and are very friendly and always generous in answering questions about moves and "What would you do in this situation.The Head Instructor, Master Junior, is a phenomenal coach. His children take classes with my children. The classes have multiple high level instructors overseeing students. There is a lot of comraderie and people are the school accepts all ages.My favorite part? The school offers so much and it is very affordable.Stop by, watch a few classes and you'll be hooked. (No pun intended.)

The best of the best for competition teams! Amazing clean, family friendly training environment! Children were very respectful and happy in classes I watched. Training is extremely organized. It's amazing to see how humble everyone is seeing as they are the top competitors in the area. Everyone helps each other to be great which is the hallmark of a great leader. Professor Junior Fernandez is the best instructor for Brazilian Jiu-jitsu that you will ever find. I traveled from Lima, OHIO to train with him and his team. With their help I won 2nd place in 2 divisions in my 1st competition! I was also the smallest competitor in one of those divisions. I used techniques I learned while here to secure my victories. If you have any desire to learn true Brazilian Jiu-jitsu for fitness, self defense or to become a champion this is the place to go! They also have several other classes available for anyone-men, women and children! His school in St Pete, Florida ran by Professor Jason Jimenez, is also a superb facility that is growing with champions day by day!

I live and train BJJ in Houston but I travel to Fort Lauderdale once or twice a month for work. I decided to take this as an opportunity to get some cross training and stop by American Top Team FTL for some drop in classes. I was immediately welcomed by Mestre Junior, his staff and students. The instruction was great and I learned different techniques while training here and got some very good rolls. I will definitely be coming back to train next time that I'm in town.

American top team ft lauderdale is the best school ive been in th last 5 years tbh, the couches are exelent 20/10 the conection between student and teacher is family. ATT Fort Lauderdale is a great place to train! I started learning Muay Thai here 6 months ago and love it! The staff are all so friendly and welcoming, and the coaches are REALLY GOOD ! I would definitely recommend them to anyone at any level!!!

Great gym with amazing coaches. Friendly staff and students, everyone is like one big family. Great for everyone of all ages. I started a few months ago with hopes to get in shape while doing something fun. After a few months I’ve lost 30+ lbs!! BJJ and ATT has changed my life! Oss!!
