I have had the pleasure of training under Master Junior for almost 4 years and I can tell you first hand you will be hard pressed to find a better coach when it comes to Brazilian jiu jitsu. He is extremely passionate about teaching and makes sure every student in class gets equal attention and coaching. If you are looking for something other then Bjj the muay Thai and boxing programs are incredible and taught by equally amazing instructors. Add to that the fact that all the members of the gym are extremely humble and friendly and you have a recipe for the best mixed martial arts gym in the fort Lauderdale area. If you live in fort Lauderdale or are just visiting I highly recommend you stop by and try it out.

It was a life changing, motivation, and inspiring gym. different from other gym's and dojo's ive been to. there are no regrets i have when it came to joining this gym because it was ovbious to me that it was meant to be and that i would find no better place to start my martial arts training and grow with.

I have trained there on and off for a number of years. Excellent training, good positive culture, qualified and helpful instructors. They are especially good at Brazilian jiu jitsu both with and without the gi. If you just showed up to all of their courses you could not help but get in the best shape of your life and really toughen up. This place is the real deal and I have trained at most of the local clubs. I rank this one right at the top.
