HOTWORX - Fort Lauderdale, FL (Flagler Village)

Absolutely love this place. Feel like it mixes working out and using a sauna perfectly. It really gets me into the gym daily since it’s 24 hours and you can schedule relatively close to the start time of the class you want to take. I really enjoy the 15 minute cycling in the sauna. What more could you ask for. Sauna benefits + workout benefits = getting better every day. The staff is incredible and makes you feel like home. Becca and Haley walked me through everything and are always there to answer my questions. The owner Janine is the nicest person ever. 10/10 would recommend

This is the first gym I actually stay consistent to and go almost everyday. It has help me with my goals, endurance, and overall health. I enjoy the environment and the staff is really welcoming, especially Hailey and Becca.The only thing I felt kind of mislead at was the referrals explanation. When I enrolled, I was told that 3 referrals would give you a free month. When I finally got my 3 referrals, I was told that they couldn’t give me the free month as it was supposed to be 3 referrals in the same month. I felt a bit mislead as I worked hard for my 3 referrals and was very disappointed to hear those news. Overall, great gym but they should be more detailed when giving out explanations as this situation left a bad taste in my mouth.

The worst experience I've ever had with a gym! Save your money. Go anywhere else. If you pick a workout you like, you'll be doing it for months since they don't change/update the recorded routines. The only positive thing I have to say about this facility is that the staff is very kind and they treat customers with respect.

Absolutely obsessed! I had been wanting to try this gym for a while and kept putting it off. I finally tried a class and had to do another one right after, it was that awesome. I have never felt so good after a workout! The gym is so clean and the staff was so helpful and friendly making me feel like I have been a member here for years. I can't say enough good things about my experience here so far!

I’ve been going to hotworxx ever since they reopened after COVID. It’s always clean, you have 24/7 access, and it’s perfect for someone who wants to get a solid workout in under an hour. There are busy times but as long as you book in advance im you’re good to go. I love that they have the basic weights as well. Jeanine and Mallory are always super nice and will take care of anything you may need.

Def not worth it. They will continue to charge for an additional 2 months after you cancel and when asked to explain why multiple times I have yet to receive an answer. They then say most gyms have 1-2 month cancellation policy which is not the case. When you can cancel that’s it. But not here. It’s really not worth it the videos are mediocre and you’re not prepared with anything cause no one tells you what equipment may be needed. No one adhered to their scheduling people just to in whatever sauna is open. Any other gym has more quipment and machines and space. This place is so tiny. Don’t waste your money here cause you’ll be throwing away $120 in the two months that you continue to pay even tho you requested to cancel. They can’t even provide you a viable reason as to why they run their business like that.Edit- whether you think communication via Facebook is profesional or not is irrelevant if you don’t want to answer questions via Facebook don’t use the messenger furthermore you continue to send a contract i am asking you to explain why you continue to charge people for two months after cancellation. WHAT IS THE REASON?!

I would definitely recommend this workout spot. The HOTWORX family is so knowledgeable and helpful and always cheering you on to get your workouts done. And the 24/7 access is amazing and can conform to any schedule. With the infrared heat, it’s more workout and less time.

As someone who hates working out hotworx has made it such a fun and unique experience! Everyone at this location is great and super helpful!

This place is great! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Calls are returned immediately, which was a plus for me. I found my new happy place!
