Let me preface this by saying that I have worked out my entire life. Fitness is not something new to me. I was a member of Lifetime Fitness growing up, completed a marathon at the age of 16, and I did collegiate athletics. Working out has always been a priority in my daily routine and lifestyle. I have to say that this gym is LIFECHANGING. It's unlike any other gym experience. This isn't just another great local "gym". It's a transformative fitness destination that offers an unparalleled active space for you to accomplish your goals! I can't recommend it enough. I love that Hotworx offers a variety of classes and is open 24/7. The benefits of working out in an infrared sauna will truly transform your mind, body and spirit. I've felt low energy for the past 2 years despite working out daily and eating clean. I even had my levels checked at the doctor's. All my labs came back normal, but I still felt extremely fatigued everyday. Since working out in the infrared sauna, I feel energized again. I truly have seen the health benefits of this gym in so many ways. I feel the healthiest and happiest that I have ever felt in my entire fitness journey. I can't recommend this place enough. I love how welcoming and attentive the staff is. Both the owner and manager get to personally know you and want to help you champion a healthy lifestyle. They are committed to providing uncompromising quality that meets the health and fitness needs of everyone!

I loved the idea of working out in a sauna and more workout for less the time. The staff and owner Jennine were very friendly and allowed me to bring my son in and sit on his iPad while my boyfriend and I worked out. However, the cancellation process has been convoluted. I am new to the gym membership world so was unaware of hidden cancellation terms. The company has a good sale pitch with saying 2 month commitment. I was under the impression I was committed to 2 months if it did not work out for me I can cancel after the two month period. I failed to read my binding contract, which is my fault. As a woman in sales in the business world I personally do not operate on those types of business practices/sale tactics so that is why it is so frustrating to me. It comes down to morally right vs. contractually right. I did get a personal call from the owner with no real resolution other than per my contract agreement, which I understand. My review is in hopes this does not happen to anyone else. The contract is a 90 day commitment and a 60 day cancellation notice. Membership being around $63 a month with taxes. A flat cancellation fee is $99. Either Way to get out of the contract it's going to cost you around $100.

Let me start by saying this gym is incredible. The staff is amazing and the facility itself is impeccable.I was a member last year and for personal reasons had to cancel my membership. Well a few weeks ago I decided it's time to get my life back and on track. Being me and knowing how good the owner Janine is with customer service, I texted her at 2 am to tell her I'm coming back! Not expecting her to answer till the morning. Well as wasn't surprised she answered me and my membership was reactivated with a few hours and I'm back to my Happy Place. 🔥🧡

Beware of sales pitch they say it’s a 90 commitment & you think you can cancel anytime after that. Plus it’s not as clean as it used to be. You don’t get a lot of equipment & it’s hard to follow the exercises from the floor. Overall not what I expected & you sign a 360 deal to join. Not worth the hype don’t waste your time.

This place is the best! I've been coming here for over 2 years and there's nothing else like it. It's always very clean and the staff is very friendly. The infrared saunas are the perfect way to lose weight, tone, and detox all at the same time. I love how they mix up the videos and there are so many options!I'm here at least 5 days a week and it is essential to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Highly recommend!

Wow!! I always dreaded going to the gym. I disliked the amount of time I felt like I had to spend there, the amount of people there, and I just had no idea what to do/try new things.I never knew how much I needed HotWorx. This is the perfect type of gym, especially for me. The saunas are private with only 1-3 in a room with virtual instructors. The heat and infrared structure helps me get more workout in less time so I don’t feel guilty for being at the gym for a short amount of time. I end up burning the same amount of calories in 15-30 min as if I were to be at a regular gym for at least an hour. The staff at this location are so personable and welcoming! They are a true hype team!Can’t wait to continue my fitness journey here!

This place is AMAZING. Being here motivates me big time, and 5he employees are super nice!! I love my 24/hr access and the privacy of working out in my own sauna.
