For the most part, this gym stays clean. I go Tue to Fri since they are open 24hrs those days. They replaced a lot of their machines, which is nice.

I won’t recommend anyone getting a membership with them. They make canceling it so hard. There’s no option to cancel on the app you can’t transfer to a closer location unless you done 3 months with them. They want me to write a letter because I can’t make it to a location I accidentally selected. If I can put no stars I will. Contact 24hr fitness way more amenity cancellation isn’t hard and the workers aren’t rude!!!

Everytime I walk into this gym the young ladies working have the worst attitude, it's so sad that I have been only coming to this gym for a week and each time it's the same issue. The little girls they hire for the front have the worse attitude. The young guys are friendly and respectful. What is wrong with being a decent human and saying things politely? I swear they hire young girls on the basis of how nasty they can be with the customer.

the gym is great. no problems inside. but the lack of safety outside is getting concerning as there’s been multiple attempted robberies just outside the gym and around it lately. its a bit disheartening as i do love this gym but my car was recently broken into just in front of this gym in broad daylight and someone’s bike was in the process of being stolen that same week as well. due to the increase in activities such as this (which they are aware of) i don’t think i can keep coming to this planet fitness in particular unless there’s more of a safety protocol or police presence for said gym.

I have the PF Black card and go to different locations often. This one is older with well used equipment but they keep it pretty clean. The staff is really nice and always helpful. Not bad for a quick workout
