Terrible customer service and management, Planet Fitness only cares about getting your money and they could care less about you as a customer. Had an issue and tried getting hold of the manager, the employees just gave me a nasty attitude and put me on hold. Don't go here, go find a smaller locally owned gym that's not just a giant greedy corporation like Planet Fitness

I got the membership in order to use the showers as I am traveling a lot it’s relatively clean. The only thing that is a drawback for me is the insane amount of noise from the music. People that work there are friendly and helpful. The workout area is excellent and I have been to three of them in the area where I am right now and they’re consistent across the board.

What a great experience. My first time here and Maria really helped me with getting my gear together, Mimi helped me get signed in and up to date, and Jeremy made sure to show me the proper way of keeping the equipment clean. Everyone is so nice and professional happy to call this gym home.

Mostly clean, several machines had ripped hand grips and the staff behind the counter seemed totally uninterested, bathrooms needed cleaning.

Some of the staff act careless when they have to do their job. Don't know sometimes how to operate the control panels for the spa equipment. Sometimes is the attitude that doesn't help, so better I just end up canceled the membership sadly.
