Anytime Fitness

Only going to give this 3 stars I do here frequently but they do not have a vending machine. Missing some equipment that a gym goer needs. Overall it is a good clean gym to go to

Has really gone down. Trash hardly ever emptied, no sanitation wipes for equipment, and equipment has been broken for over a year. Never see anyone there from staff. Sad for what you pay to go there.No management on site. Unable to cancel membership without going through cooperate. Other locations much better than this one. This particular gym is "privately owned" so other anytime gyms can't help with issues.

Great location and customer service. Jolene deserves a major raise for the hospitality definitely will be returning soon

Anytime by Riley Farms is under new management/ownership. I had issues contacting the previous management to resolve issues with my membership but the new management took care of the issue immediately and contacted me again to follow up with the solution. Their commitment to resolving a problem created by someone else when it does not benefit them in anyway shows me that they are fully dedicated to turning this gym into a good reputable gym that you can actually contact someone at and have a good experience with

We have to move out of the country and administration asked proof of moving in order to cancel membership, like mail with new address and our names on it... Nothing else but that ... The country we were moving its paperless !!! Postal office is not the same as US.Huge disappointing, a nightmare trying to cancel after moving...

After nearly a year of turmoil trying to get ahold of someone to end my subscription, they have new management and are getting the job done. I'm getting refunded on the months I never used and I'm very satisfied with everybody, especially Jolene, and their hard work. Will change to five stars once it's processed.

Horrible customer service. I have been trying to cancel for months via email since their phone number is disconnected. They have still been charging my bank account so I had to call my bank and put a stop payment for this vendor. Terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs

The facility equipment is great. But the staff is never there or never answers the phone during their staffed hours. The phone number they hve online just rings and rings theres no voicemail to leave a message. I put in requests on their website to cancel the account a couple times. Ive called so many times the last two weeks during Their so called staffed hours. And the way its set up is that you cn only cancel at the facility you originally signed with which is beyond stupid if you hve the anywhere fitness plan.

Be careful, avoid this gym. Nobody has appeared to be there for months leaving equipment broken and leaving members without any answers other than a number to call that nobody answers or returns calls.
