They didn’t notify me that my year was up and charged me anyway for another year membership and won’t refund me. And now I have to pay to cancel my membership I didn’t want again in the first place. Beware of their shady business practices! They make their money by screwing over the customers.

The staff are very helpful and it is a really nice gym. Since my accident I lost a lot of muscle and gained a lot of fat but no one is judging me and I feel comfortable in my workout.

Their motto is supposedly no bullying or judgment, yet their signage says "no lunkheads,' which, when you think about it, is being a bit bullyish and judgmental.. The whole time I was a member, the water fountain never worked. Employees are a bit rude at times. When I went to cancel my membership early, due to an injury, I was told I wasn't allowed to. I had already done my homework and knew there was a buyout fee, which I was prepared to pay. I brought my proof that I could cancel (their cancellation terms readily available on their website.) I had to explain their own cancellation terms to the desk clerk. Beyond that, machines are clean. Members are pretty good about that. Will never understand why they have pizza day. Guess they want to keep you out of shape so you'll keep going. Massage chairs are a okay, but they are a little rough on the boney parts to the point where they hurt. Usually only 1 of the 2 Hydro beds were usually working so it was often hard to get a visit to one. :-(

Went to this gym the other day to join. Wanted to pay for a year up front and was told that I could not do that. They wanted my credit card information which I do not like to do. Then someone else came over and told me that the only way I could pay cash was to pay for a year and a half up front. Something tells me that they are not trustworthy. If you pay with auto draft you may want to watch very closely.

Its my fav place to work out! Opened 24/7, I can go whenever I want. They also have a relaxing area with massage chairs & beds. And even tanning rooms!Plenty of workout machines, huge space so it never get really busy.I love it!!!

Smaller location but still has everything you need. Love the set up. Garrett is the BEST. He’s super cool & friendly. Wish he could be at every location. Someone deserves a raise. Hint hint 😉😉 …

Have been going to the gym for over 4 years, in the beginning there was some very unkind staff, but seems they have moved on.. I truly want to comment on Bianca (their trainer) is amazing!!! S he is inspirational for me as well as I know many others. The place is clean and cheerful. I have gone at different times and never have been disappointed. I feel a good team has developed within this gym, they seem to support each other and are happy. And this makes a great place to work out.

This location is very small and has out dated equipment. The air conditioner didn't work and the employees were below average on their customer service skills.

i got my membership back on july 23 around there and was coming here everyday i really wanted to better myself and i was actually doing good but there's two employees that work here one really short girl with blonde curly hair and a short guy too. And everytime that i would come i felt harrased by these two whenever they were together i always thought they would say bad things aboute and make fun but i tried to ignore it because i thought it was just in my head. until last thursday i went at about 6:40 afternoon and this guy checked me in and after that he made a bad comment about me. i know it was for me because he said it wait too loud and he was laughing too with this other girl so i did say 'Excuse me ' and he said he was talking to her. i really wonder why do they even hire this type of people. supposely this is a Judgement Free Zone. i talked to the manager but he kinda ignored me too because of course hes going to tp stand out for his employees.. is not. convenient for him to admit that what they did was wrong. I am not gonna leave this like this even if i have to sue this place but people really think they can go judging people how they want.. i am not gonna sit and let it be. these two are gonna pay for what they did. btw i wonder if they have a mirror at home. I was already told that they were gonna make an investigation about it 🙏 these type of people think they the best. What pissed me off is that this comment came from the guy which pretty sure his parents are nothing and didnt raised him rite. why didnt u say it to a guy so he could've beaten ur ass 😂. Coward ur such an embarrasment to society

Advertise friendly service but I've only ever met one friendly employee. Hours are great and lots of equipment so even during peak times you can still get some exercise in even if it is not your part of your typical routine.
