Trainer is very helpful. Manager and all staff have layers of multicasting at the front door. Sometimes we do not get all of their eye contact but you do have their attention. If YOU need more than that, PF has printed a calendar of when it is the best time for lower activity up front. Maybe this is something you might consider. Allen

Some of the staff is friendly, and always greet me. There's one particular woman at the front that always frowns, rarely speaks, and wasn't very helpful the one time we spoke. If you're going to be front desk, smile. Be approachable. Not like you hate your life or your dog just died. I thought maybe it was just one day but everyday she's here, she makes me not wanna be here.

Love this Planet Fitness location! I go there 5 days a week before work. It's never too crowded, and the staff, as well as the people who visit are always cordial. They have great acoustics as well. I have been to some Planet Fitness locations where the noise level is very high due to bad acoustics. This is not the case here. Highly recommended.

People need to realize that life is not always perfect.And this gym weather you get service or not, you should learn how to be happy with your self.Don't let unexpected things stop you from going forward.Working out is not rocket science, all instructions are on the workout machines.Im a Driver and since I've been to many planet fitness I've always had good service.And when I dont get good service so be it the price speeks for it self.So be happy that such a gym exist for us out there.

Almost everything about this gym is awesome in fact Ive had several of my friends switch over from 24 hour fitness... Except one of the managers! She has horrible customer service... Which is too bad... Because that scares potential business away:(

I AM CURRENTY AN MEMBER AND I LOVE THIS GYM ME AND MY ROOM MATE GO HERE OFTEN ITS ALWAYS CLEAN AND NICE THE STAFF CAN SOMETIMES BE A LITTLE LAZY BUT MOST OF THEM ARE WILLING TO HELP THE ONLY COMPLAINT I HAVE IS THAT MY ROOMA MATE HAS TRIED TO GET ON AS AN EMPLOYEE SERVAL TIMES BUT IS NEVER HIRED AND HE IS A MEMBER AS WELL AS IN BETTER SHAPE THEN ANY OF THE EMPLOYEES THAT ALREADY WORK THERE BUT HE IS ALSO GAY AND I THINK THAT MIGHT BE THE REASON

Went all week and had no issues. There's enough people that you still feel you're in a gym but not crowded so I got on what ever I needed fairly quickly. Clean facilities and friendly staff

Updated review. Renewed at $99/yr. can't beat that deal. Gym is busier now, but definitely worth it at the current rate.Awesome deal. Girlfriend and I go for $20/mo 24/7. Never packed, and always get in and get out with our workouts. Massage chairs/beds are awesome too.No basketball court is a minus, but so far we are enjoying it.

I love this gym! Not only is it inexpensive the staff is great. The facility is always clean (restrooms and locker rooms included). The machines are always working (If they need repairs they are done in a timely manner) Never crowded (which allows for a smooth workout) I wish their was a basketball court or pool but for the cost ($20 a month) I'm EXTREMELY satisfied.

This is a great place to workout. Staff very friendly and helpful!! The hydra-massage chair is awesome!!!Club is great in keeping clean and sanitized. Cleaning stations throughout the club make it easy to keep safe.
