David, David and David. I met David at the CrossFit at Fremont. He made my training easier in terms of understanding each and every step before I just walked into it. The most difficult part of CrossFit is that our body is not used to such exercises. But, he made me understood which made it easier for doing the most difficult exercises. Thanks David and I wish you all the best.

Dropped in for a class and EJ was the coach and he was great. The workout itself was a good one as well! It was a great environment to be in and will definitely come back!

Great place with amazing coaches & a great community. Coach Dal & his team is knowledgeable, supportive and overall fun. The various special day events (5Ks, Turkey TG workouts, Power Hours etc) add to the mix of already creative WODs. Best CrossFit in the bay IMHO.

I've popped in and out of Jigsaw Athletics for a few years now and it has consistently been a very enjoyable experience. I first started at Jigsaw on the recommendation of my sister and have had the same quality of class each time. For the most part each workout consists of a warm-up phase where the coach goes through a walkthrough of the motions we would be doing in the subsequent sets. The coach will ask new members of any existing injuries that they need to be aware of and will adjust the workouts accordingly to compensate. After the warm-up is a mixture of strength or cardio training depending on the day.The community of members have been friendly and open to new members all the time. Check-in and account management is handled by an app which makes everything easier. Also parking is never a problem there.
