Miguel is the best trainer you could possibly ask for. He’s professional, knowledgeable, but most of all he really cares about his clients and their goals. He’s patient and kind but not afraid to tell you that you need to push a little harder when you feel like slacking off. I’ve been his client since 2017 and his training has been a total game changer. I’d recommend Miguel without reservation.

I’ve been working with Miguel for about 3 years now after initially starting with a different trainer at 24 hour fitness. From day 1 Miguel crafted a personalized workout based not only on my physical goals, but also based on how my body reacted to the regimen. He takes the time to meticulously monitor form, correct bad behaviors, measure growth and recommend changes to diet. We even charged through a potential setback when I injured my wrist outside of the gym which posed new challenges shifting strength training around the weakened wrist area so we could stay on our very aggressive path to my physics end goal. Instead of accepting the injury as a step back in our progress, we realized continued personal records by maintaining strength progress in areas not affected by my wrist. We both enjoyed shattered previous personal records once fully recovered. Miguel constantly invests in his craft by always exploring the latest developments in technique, tools and methods to keep the grueling workouts fun and engaged new muscle groups - my wife thanks you for defining muscles I didn’t realize I had.

Miguel, has been training me since the covid started on zoom. I train with my son and husband who has been training with him for 8 years now. I really like his style of training. While he makes the workout hard, he makes it fun too. He always asks at the end of the class to rate his workout and is constantly trying to improve his routine to best fit our needs. He is flexible to offers us a weekend makeover for missed class. I use to do 10lbs on each hand and now I have gone to 15lbs, something I was unable to achieve in my gym in last 5 years. He is truly committed to make us healthy and strong. We are so happy to train with him.

I have been working with Miguel via Zoom for just over a month. He has brought a great style of workouts that fit my ability and have produced results that aren't just loss but definition. He is positive, engaging and patient. He pushes you to get the most out of the workout and does not ever make you feel like you failed if you aren't' able to complete a full set.
