I’ve been going to CrossFit Fresno for 4 weeks now and it has been the BEST decision I have made for my health and fitness goals. First, Rosanna the coach and owner is such an amazing coach that guides you effortlessly to complete the workouts with your current capacity. I am in no way in shape (yet) but I have been able to complete the workouts and get a killer workout each time. Second, the other members are so motivating during the workouts it really is a welcoming community. Also, you receive motivating emails from Jeff, the other coach and general manager regarding fitness and a healthier lifestyle. Lastly, the weekly schedule is so flexible that will allow anyone to attend despite their current work or life schedule.It’s been only four weeks and I already feel stronger and leaner! If you are not sure if you want to begin I recommend you take the jump and begin the journey! You will not regret it!

With zero prior Crossfit experience, I decided to join this gym after just 1 session. I am constantly challenged with the workouts and always getting motivated to keep on going by both the coach and the community. I feel and move better, and I am constantly improving my workout technique. Crossfit Fresno has exceeded my expectations.

The environment is very friendly and welcoming. The coaches are amazing and extremely knowledgeable. They are great on giving feedback and demonstrating the techniques of the movements when it comes to the workouts. Everyone there is very supportive.

I have dropped in twice and was very impressed with the flow of class, instruction provided and emphasis warm up with good movement. You can get a fun or challenging WOD most places, but instruction and warm up so critical to getting athletes moving well, stronger and keeping us healthier, decreasing Injury. Coaching staff seems very passionate about what they do! Would recommend this gym for those at ALL levels of fitness. They set you up with a great foundation, but work out. And be as challenging as you want it!

I found CrossFit Fresno a few months back and I am beyond happy that I did! I joined with no experience in CrossFit, but this was the best decision I could have made for my fitness journey. I’m seeing amazing results and getting stronger every workout! The coaches are truly amazing at what they do! They are very knowledgeable and motivate us every single workout! They are welcoming to everyone and all fitness levels. Such a great environment & great community to be apart of!

I drop in at CF Fresno every time I'm visiting family, and I always have a great time! The community is so welcoming, and the coaches are very talented. I feel like I've grown significantly in my Olympic lift technique thanks to the help of the coaches! Definitely recommend.

I would highly recommend CrossFit Fresno. I have been working out with CrossFit Fresno for the past 3 months and have loved every minute of it. Over the last 3 months I have increased muscle/endurance/stamina/quality of life etc! Not only do they provide high quality workouts but the coaches are knowledgeable, welcoming, and engaging. Also, I appreciate the leadership of the owners and making everyone feel like family. Thank you CrossFit Fresno!

CFF is a family that uplifts you and welcomes you as you come with no judgment but full support. The connections are genuine and everyone connects with each other regardless of age and skill! I never write reviews but I think my safe zone deserves one! I love and care for all the staff and members! If you’re thinking about joining and are scared , I encourage you to take a class, you won’t regret it!
