Valley Fitness

This gym used to be more like a family and community, but lately for the past four years the vibe is weird. I’ve seen numerous staff come and go, and I also noticed every single time one of them is replaced, it’s usually with a group of people that start rumors about the regulars. No one comes to the gym to relive highschool. We’re 30 and up. People wanna workout and leave. That’s it.

Lame-o gym with overly happy employees told to kiss up because their corporate head is that bad so they gotta over compensate for his horrible way they run this business. They're absolutely clueless when you tell them what their problem is. They sure can stand there and let the machine beep me in when I scan. Lol. Other than that leave me alone. For real do a tour of GB3 tell me why you'd ever sign up up with these annoying fools ever? They send out surveys every time a member complains. The owner pretends he sends it when in reality its one of the regular random employees that intercepts it and obviously has no power or money to do anything other than to give you more of a runaround. But hey Kelly she has red hair and she's really nice at least!!!!🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄 You might hear she has red hair and is really nice a billion times before you meet her, as every simp loses his mind over her and forgets why they're even there to begin with. Same with Shannon at Herndon.They desperately need new weights, weights weights. They have a bunch of weights behind the desk that have sat there for 3 years that are "waiting to get sold". yeah it's pretty ghetto and THAT annoying around there. Lol the disparity between GB3 and this place is beyond palatable it's almost like you're asking them selves how are they not touring the best in Fresno as not to embarrass them selves so easily? Lol embarrassing place with average people at best. Re posting because Google is strange like that.

Maroa Fitness is one of only a few gyms in town that still have a pool. Currently they offer several classes, including Silver Sneakers fitness classes. I’ve used the treadmill & stationary bikes in the upstairs, but there are more downstairs. I haven’t had to wait for treadmills or other machines. The sauna in the women’s locker room also works well. Too bad they haven’t had a working jacuzzi for years since long before they were under Valley Fitness. The employees there are great. Parking is sometimes tight.

Traveling so grabbed a day pass for $10 - nice gym, plenty of cardio machines. Only issue the free weights and machines are spread out across several different rooms. Once I found what I was looking for, I got a great pump.Locker Room was very clean, with plenty of lockers, showers, and toilets.Staff was super friendly.

Fun! Strength and balance improvements!

Pool temperature not maintained to be comfortable all year. Heat seems to be controlled by the calendar not the climate. This spring has be unusually cold and so has the pool! Intolerable the last few weeks. Please be consistent!!!

I like this gym. I was here pretty early and was in and out and had a good workout. Staff is super helpful.

I was very skeptical of this gym. However was a lot of fun and new equipment. Mold and mildew still persists 3 stars
