I have been working out with Epic for less than a year. One of the best choices I’ve made. I train here 4-6 times a week and as a result, I lost 24 lbs of body fat and built & gained more muscles. I can feel that I am getting stronger everyday.The trainers at Epic are exceptional and the vibe is truly awesome. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences. The coaches, especially Coach James, show that they really care, going above and beyond to help me achieve my goals.I love this place and I highly recommend Epic to anyone who wants to get in shape.

LOVE this gym! Best choice I’ve made training at EPIC, the workouts are different every month and the trainers are great! I look forward to coming to classes and always feel amazing when I leave. Would HIGHLY recommend.
