This is my favorite place. I love the community and no judgment zone. The workouts are fun and coaches are always happy to help on my form. It’s the best place to start your fitness journey and learn so much.

Workouts were always different and challenging. The teachers will show you how each exercise should look like and helps you with your form. I was a member for 3 months roughly and saw results I never saw from other fitness places. The price is fair for monthly memberships and have different options. The owner is also really nice and understanding about life situations and does her best to accommodate you. Once I'm able to go back, I'm signing up again.

I decided to give this place a try after a recommendation. I am very happy and pleased to have found such a fun, and welcoming place. Workouts are great, and there is no pressure to overdo yourself. I’ve stayed away from gyms and workout groups for that reason. Lots of times available, so there’s always something that works with my schedule. I’ve only been attending a few weeks and I already feel a difference. Great group of women!

If you are wanting to start your journey to a healthier lifestyle of fitness and nutrition but don’t know where to start. Fightgirl Fitness is the place to go. They have great coaches that can help you achieve your goals and keep you accountable and motivated. All women fitness environment that makes you feel comfortable and free of no judgement only encouragement. I personally love Fightgirl Fitness because of all of this. I have been attending for almost a year and I feel great. I can’t wait to see myself when I hit my goal.
