What starting training has meant for me was the ability to do my job with more confidence that I could actually do my job. I have a very physical job that could potentially be harmful to my body in ways that could basically put me out of work. Since training I feel more strong mentally and physically. Things that used to be strenuous for me are not easy and safe. Learning the right ways to move and lift as well as building the strength in the areas that are needed to move in left, during the shift, has essentially prolong my career. I am thankful for Jesse for working with me and my body type in such a way that he built me up to the things that I can do now.

The gym might look old on the outside, it’s excellent and well appointed on the inside. Jesse carefully designs workouts that adjust to your ability as you build up. I like the wide variety of total body work. Everything is clean and he is careful about safety.
