Busy gym, great heated pool, sauna, steam room, hot tub, and an amazing array of work out areas and equipment choices. Clean, efficient, new equipment upgrades, many classes. Constantly being cleaned. Nice locker rooms. Love this gym, really.

Iāve been at this gym for a little over 10 years. Iāve always describe this gym as being one of my happy places to work out. Iāve utilized all the gym locations because I like to switch it up so thatās convenient. The majority of the time I go in the mornings and Iāve always felt the front desk staff isnāt very friendly, itās not as if theyāre unfriendly, they just donāt smile and every time I walk in theyāre on the phones. Iām really not a stickler about these things but after going for the past few months I recognized a pattern and I never seem to get a āhelloā or āgood morningā; it just doesnāt feel very welcoming and itās literally the only social part of their job. If you plan to use the amenities like the pool, sauna or steam room, the price might be worth it but if youāre just going to use basic level gym a equipment, I would opt for a cheaper gym.

Great gym, I've been going to the Herndon and pain GB3 for several years now. The facility is always immaculate, the staff take a lot of price in making the place spotless, even vacuuming while you're working out, lol, I appreciate the attention to detail. Very supportive management team and staff is really nice and friendly. There's tons of equipment for every type of workout you want to do, boxing bags , pool, sauna , steam room, this location has it all , right behind the gym there is a hidden trail you should definitely check out š
