This was my first Pilates experience and it was great. Tina was my instructor. Her passion is infectious and the workout had me using muscles I didn’t even know I have. Nice range of equipment too for a boutique studio. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed the experience, the workout itself, and Lori the teacher. As a beginner she really helped me figure out the machine. She was patient and personalized my workout.

BEWARE! She will charge you when you’re not in attendance and make you jump hoops to cancel her “membership”. She also will not refund you even when you’ve been injured. She’s greedy and not to be trusted.

Amazing studio with perfect and motivating instructors. It’s a deal breaker. My body is now toned up, my strength has increased. All thanks to the instructors. No words to explain, and due to covid 19, they have made it completely safe to enter, everything is squeaky clean. Highly recommended.
