THE place to work out in the Dallas area! Elite facility, equipment and staffing. Work out like a Cowboy! Also, you must try the sauna and recovery options as well as the group fitness classes to take your workout to an all-pro level! The Star gets 5 stars from me!

The gym has everything you need and more. It is a little more crowded than other gyms because it has a cool atmosphere. Pricey if you want to do all the kewel stuff like Cryo.
