Totally disappointed. If you are 5 min late, you will miss the session! Nobody tells you about this. I referred my wife when we signed up and they said I will receive $50 off the second month, but it did not happen. I had to ask them about it and surprisingly it took a while for them to investigate! I had to ask them several times, and the front desk behaved as I was asking for an extra discount!! They finally told me today that the discount will be applied to the next month bill. I said I plan to cancel, and they said I will be charged for the next month no matter what!! A new rule comes up that I need to notify them 30 days in advance. It means you must pay for at least 60 days when you sign up. Interestingly, for cancelation, they asked me to sign a form to acknowledge the cancellation policy. I said I won't sign it, and they said that they will charge me every month unless I sign the form. I asked to talk to the manager, and the person at the front desk told me, "I am the manager, and I will not change anything." It is very interesting that it is ok for them to make a mistake and overcharge me for this month, but they are so strict about the other things that are in favor of them. Totally disappointed!!! I will NEVER go to orange theory again.

Writing this review as a member of OTF for almost 5 years.OTF is cool and makes you want to come back each day, every day. What's not so cool about this particular studio:- Being a visiting member, I was asked to put a new card on file and I provided them with one. They did not save the card properly and suspended my account. I would expect them to try reaching out to me if the card didnt go through. However when I visited again, I gave the same card again and it worked 🤷🏻♂️- The spacing between the rowers is very sparse. You will almost bump into shoulders of people working out beside you.- The weight slection is less. They dont have 30s or 35s

I have been a member of Orange Theory Fitness in Frisco, TX on Main Street for the past six years, and I have to say that it has been an incredible journey. The studio has been a fantastic place for me to work on my fitness goals, and I cannot recommend it enough. One of the standout features of this location is the head coach, Russell. He has brought a level of stability and consistency to the studio that has made all the difference. His leadership has helped me to stay on track with my fitness goals, and he is always there to offer guidance and support when needed. As a 51-year-old, I was initially hesitant to join a fitness program that seemed to be geared towards younger, more athletic individuals. However, Orange Theory Fitness has been a game-changer for me. It has helped me to get in the best shape of my life, and I feel stronger and more confident than ever before. The classes at Orange Theory Fitness are challenging but also incredibly fun. The instructors are knowledgeable and supportive, and they always push me to do my best. The workout itself is dynamic and engaging, and I always leave feeling energized and accomplished.Overall, I cannot recommend Orange Theory Fitness in Frisco, TX on Main Street enough. The facility is clean and modern, the staff is friendly and supportive, and the workouts are challenging and effective. If you're looking for a great fitness program that will help you reach your goals, this is the place to be.
