I love OTF, I like that workout regimen's change daily, I've never once done the exact same workout twice. I also do not feel intimidated. It's set up to address individuals at any workout level. The trainers are very energetic and motivating!

I love the instructors!! I love this place and such a Amazing workout!! Although, the front desk person that I've encountered at this place does not have the best customer service skills. And that will make me officially stop going/giving my money to a place.

I went to Maggie's Thursday night class. It was my first OT class, and I thought I'd be overwhelmed but Maggie explained everything so well and made it so easy to catch on. She pushed us the whole time but in a non-intimidating, motivating way. I loved getting a great workout that focused on both cardio and strength. I burned a ton of calories! I also thought it made the workout even more fun to see my stats on the screen.
