It's a great place to let your children burn off that extra energy! The gym is filled with loving, caring, and supportive coaches who always welcome you with a smile. Children from babes on up have tons of stations to flip, balance, swing, and climb! They also offer pre-school prep, which is AWESOME, by the way! And birthday parties in a box!! All you have to do is show up with your kiddos! I love MY GYM FRISCO!

This is such a cute little spot. My toddler and infant love to come here and have one on one time. Only thing I wish they had was a class for both of them at the same time so that I don’t have to come twice in one day or sub off with my husband.
