I am a person who has never been flexible. Going to StretchLab and working with Matthew and others has been great. They listen to what your needs are, works on those areas and gives you exercises to work on at home. Enjoyed the experience for over a year now.

Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The process and what to expect was explained prior to the session. Great customer service. I was a first time guest and was scheduled with Richie. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very communicative throughout the process. The session helped with my tight hips and lower back pain. I would recommend.

Rich is very knowledgeable & great with kids. My son plays football and soccer and loves getting stretched out every week after all His training and games. Definitely recommend!
