I have trained on and off in martial arts since 1999 and have been to a handful of dojos. The Sensei or Instructor sets the tone of the gym. You will know when it has expertise, life, energy, professionalism, cleanliness, and is family oriented. Over time, the gym will attract and retain members who seek the same atmosphere the instructor has established. Along with getting a hard, fulfilling workout each class, your journey of learning martial arts at CSW will be fruitful, fun, happy, and you will find friends who will become family to you. By far, CSW is the best gym I have ever trained at! It truly has every quality I mentioned.

I can't say enough good things about CSW training center. My son started training here 2 years ago with coach Trent and what he has gotten is so much more than just physical. The coaches here truly care about their students, in and out of the gym. The workouts are tough, but the sense of accomplishment my son feels when he accomplishes something he doesn't think is possible has flowed into the rest of his life. He no longer has an "I can't" attitude, but an "I can!" His grades have improved because of this. From top down, this place is the best.

My 7 year old son has been training here for almost three years and we are planning on having my daughter start soon. We absolutely love the kids program. Not only are coach Trent and Tanya great with the kids on all levels, but the martial arts that they teach are real life applicable techniques that can be used for self defense. 5 starts all the way. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get their kids into top level martial arts.

Walking in it felt like you are welcomed into martial arts history and the things of legendary. I loved the displays and guest area. Bathrooms were clean and staff were very helpful and welcoming. The workouts were amazing. I felt like each class was tailored to me, obviously it wasn't but it felt like it was. Great connection between instructors and students. The immediacy and attention to details was very helpful. The gym has a niche for everyone from MMA, to jiu jitsu, to Catch Wrestling, to Muy Thai, to JKD. It was awesome to take it all in.The gym has a great vibe and you are missing out if you don't go and train. Seriously do yourself a favor and try it out.

This place is awesome. We tried out a couple places and CSW was our best fit. Coach Trent and Tonya are amazing. I love how they mix up jujitsu wrestling and striking and they’re very knowledgeable My son loves this place! My son responds very well to Coach Trent he listens to him it’s amazing to watch. My son’s attention span is very short so this class fits him perfect

Up to this point, I’ve spent about 2 months here at CSW HW -it’s the place to be. Each of the instructors are closely vetted and there are gym-goers at every level. If you find yourself in doubt, come try a class. It was entirely a no-pressure ordeal. Come check it out and train, and if it’s not what you had in mind, no sweat.Side note, I took notice that this gym is one of the few I’ve been to with quality toilet paper and paper towels...it’s the little things

Erik Paulson is absolutely the best! His team of coaches are there to push you past you comfort zone, whenever that may be. If you are a beginner, amateur, or professional there is definitely something here for you. Coach Tonya and Trent are great with the little kids. They keep it fun and exciting. As a coach I learn so much from their instruction with kids. Coach Ben, Mark, and Marvin will absolutely take you to the next level. This is all done with the leadership and guidance of the best in the business, coach/sensei/professor/mentor/friend Erik Paulson. Don't wait to visit or call them. I know they will take care of you just as they have with my family and team!God Bless!
