I'm 49, been in the Arts for over 30 years. I had a few great Teachers but I have to say CSW is my best experience. Coach Paulson, Ben Jones and the entire Coaching Staff is top notch! THE BEST....PERIOD!!

I've been going to this school since July 2017 and I can say my skills have improved dramatically. I went from never have been in a gi to now a blue belt and developed a foundation in striking as well. It's all thanks to the coaches and the family at CSW. Come check it out and see if it's the right gym for you.

This is a great gym with friendly staff! Whether its your first day or you’ve had years of experience. This gym will welcome you and make you feel like youre part of the team! Erik Paulson is one of elite trainers in MMA and his credentials speak for them self.

I’ve been training here for over 3 years . This is hands down the best MMA , Kickboxing , Jiu Jitsu gym I have ever trained at. Erik Paulson is one of the most knowledgeable and friendly martial arts instructers I have ever trained with . He truly cares about your life and martial arts development.

I came here to start my submission wrestling journey a wow his place was prefict...They offered that and more based on what you want to do...The coaches really break down the techniques and movements to help you understand them and there use.....If your looking for a place the doesn't sit around and talk and then this is the place to get your self on the right path in cultivating your art......

I came here a couple of summers ago (back in 2013 I believe) to meet Erik Paulson and take a class with him. Let's just say it was the highlight of my trip to Southern California. First and foremost, Mr. Paulson is a legend in the world of combat sports, shooto, catch as catch can wrestling, and grappling in general. It was an absolute honor to even have the chance to meet him, let alone train at his gym. The best part was that I was received with such a warm welcome. Mr and Mrs. Paulson are so nice and welcome people from all levels of experience with open arms. If I ever get a chance to go down to southern california for an extended period of time, you bet I'm going back.

I've been training here for almost a year now. Erik Paulson has an AMAZING gym. It has everything and everyone you need to become a great fighter. They provide all levels of classes from beginner to professional. You won't be disappointed coming here.
