Revised review--****BEWARE OF UNAVAILABILITY TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP ***** TERRI the GM will not return your calls and then threatening you with Collections if you do not COME IN , even if you moved Hours away. I called a month ago and was told i could go into any Crunch and cancel. I hadnt used the membership in over a year and moved. Soi went into the brand new Crunch that just opened and asked to cancel . They referred me to my old home gym. Terri is argumentative and wants to trigger someone to act out. When , I did not provide her with acting out she became even more angry. The reality is i would have paid the monthly fee but not an Annual renewal fee -Because i want to cancel it not RENEW. Terri is not going to work with reason in sight or reasonable common sense. It truly is a shame that someone like her is in such high position***Shameful Business Practices ***👌 awesome equipment, staff is awesome..

I love the crew here on every shift. They all take great care of me every time my daughter and I come in. The staff keep a smile on their faces when I see them and have dealt kindly and professionally with whatever issue I've brought them.

Kyleigh at the Kids Crunch daycare does a fantastic job, was always so kind, and is great at multi-tasking with all the kiddos at the daycare. My son loved spending time with her.

You can work out without a worry if you got kids. Kyleigh Rhinehart in the kids crunch treats every little one like her own making sure no one ever feels left out. highly recommend

Kyleigh rhinehart is amazing with my daughter, I can go ahead and enjoy a workout knowing that she’s treating my kids the same as hers !!! Very professional and one of the main reasons why I choose to stay at crunch!!
