I moved to another state and before I left I canceled my membership directly at the gym and the guy who works there told me that it was already cancelled. I specified that I was moving and after weeks he kept charging me when it was supposedly cancelled. Very bad customer service and they never respond. I do not recommend this gym.

I used to love this gym, but recently I had to cancel because I never had the time to go. I went into the club to cancel, and was told I needed to pay anything due within the next 30 days. This was on August 17th (gives you an idea of how long I’ve dealt with this), and my payments came out of my bank account on the 18th of every month, so I was told I only needed to pay the bill due on the 18th and I wouldn’t have to pay anything else. I even asked if they were sure my payment wouldn’t come out on the 18th and they said yes. Low and behold a charge posts on my account on August 19th from the day before for my monthly fees. Since the 19th, over a month ago, i have placed 14 calls total trying to get a refund and have never been told a straight answer. i asked every single time if there was a manager I could speak to and was continuously told they weren’t there or were unavailable and they would call me back - i never received a single call. I finally got ahold of Tori, the General Manager, and she said she would look into the refund and give me a call back the next day. This was over a week ago, and not only has she not called back, but I have called multiple times since then and heard nothing. I’m very disappointed with this gym and their customer service and be warned that if you cancel your membership, they stop caring about you and only care about keeping your money.

I cancel my membership around July 3rd but I am receiving emails since one week ago charging me $100. I called and I was told it’s because I need to pay the annual membership and this month but I don’t think this is fair because when I called to cancel it nobody told me that, the girl who spoke with me just said that I needed to pay the July bill and that’s it. Also, when I received the first email I called but the guy who answered was not helpful and he said that payment of $100 was because I didn’t pay July bill and this month because my card was declined and that’s not true because I paid July and then cancelled the membership. I went today to speak with the manager Torid who was not fair because she just took the late fees off the payment but made me pay the ANNUAL membership and this month bill even though I cancelled it on July and I am not going to work out there anymore. Also, I am not the only one who has experienced this. Thieves!

I have had the greatest experience working for Tori Degginger at Crunch. She is an excellent manager who has really showed me the right way to achieve greatness in this industry. I am blessed to work under her leadership at Crunch fitness!

Check your bank accounts people. How a national brand like this double charges for their yearly fee is beyond my understanding. Also, when i caught it, instead of refunding as agreed upon over the phone, they credited for the monthly fees. How many members don't catch the error? I loved going to this gym and missed it when I moved. I am shocked that any business operates this way. I've never experienced anything like this before. Wholly disappointing, DO NOT JOIN!!

Crunch is a gym, other than scummy business practices, thats about what It has going for it. If you're just working out its fine enough, just understand that they are always selling more memberships than they know people come to the gym, so it will always be busy. You will also have to go into the gym to cancel, even though the person canceling may not even be there. They will then inform you you have to give the company a 30-day notice. So essentially charging you another month cause they can. They also forgot to email me about updating the cost of the membership, and cited that my email was wrong, despite the fact I get all of their ads and promotions just fine.

I can’t not use enough words to express how grateful I am for Eddie. My water bottle top fell under the stair master. As soon as I told Eddie at the front desk he went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me out. He retrieved it for me and I am so appreciative. Great people like Eddie are the reason why CRUNCH is my HOME GYM! 🙌🏾 …

This gym has been one of my favorite gyms to workout at and I have definitely had my fair share of using different gyms. The staff is always extremely nice and have a positive attitude. The bathrooms and locker rooms are always clean whenever I am there to workout.

It's always really packed, but it is super affordable! They have a 25/mo plan and a 30/mo plan. They have childcare while you work out, personal training, amd a really cool (but super uncomfortable to look at) body scan to help you see where you can improve. They're dedicated and motivated to help you succeed, the place is always clean, and it costs a fraction of other gyms. In my mind...what's to lose?
