I did the belly dancing class and it was a great time! Definitely good for beginners. The class is small and everyone is super friendly so the energy was comfortable.

Caitlyn’s reiki session was powerful! An hour under her healing talent opened my mind to new perspectives on long-standing concerns. Using the spoken word to claim and obligate my insights felt mighty. Caitlyn called my words affirmations; I call them declarations gifted to me through Caitlyn’s influence. I highly recommend Caitlyn’s care and compassion. One hour of intense focus can revitalize the direction of energy.

Heart Mind Healing has so much to offer in workshops ( taken many and they have all been great), crystals, books, tarot and oracle cards, jewelry, art, yoga, reiki, etc. Caitlyn the owner is very sweet and caring - the space has such positive energy

Caitlyn provides a safe a welcoming space to practice. I always feel amazing after a gentle yoga class. There is also a great selection of crystals, tarot cards, incense and jewelry. The art that adorns the walls is by local artists and really brings life to the space. Caitlyn gives amazing hugs too! ❤️

It is relaxing and healing therapy! In my moon's days it helps me to release, and decompress! Even my teenager found it very recomforting! Girls, for cramps this is miraculous! I will be there every time!
