I went to this studio for their singing Bowls meditation. It was my first time experiencing anything like it. I highly recommend it for anyone that’s on the fence. I started a new business a few months ago and my jaw has been clenched and tense the entire process as I have been overworking myself while getting my business off the ground. My sleep has been affected and my energy levels have been low. After the class last night, it was the first time in a long time that my body was relaxed including my jaw! I woke up this morning with my body and mind finally feeling at ease. I can’t wait for future classes.

Caitlyn has opened my eyes to so many mew things! She is thoughtful and intentional and comes to every session prepared and follows up afterwards with her recommendations. Every single experience is different but I always spend the rest of the day feeling like I’m floating and happy in the world. My most recent session came at the heels of a lingering cold where Is felt better for many days but couldn’t clear my head. The energy in that session was so powerful that my sinuses cleared and I could breathe better immediately. She is so in tune that she picks up on all the things going on. She is also a pleasant and positive individual and it’s refreshing just to be in her presence. Even if you’ve never tried reiki before, she will make you feelimmediately comfortable and welcomed! 💗
