I would do zero stars if I could! Ismael was completely rude, it was my first time and I needed help and he was unwilling to help, and plus the place was dirty! There was blood on the bosu (see pic) and when I asked for a wipe, again Ismael gave me a rude tone for asking for basic necessities. DO NOT GO HERE! I wish I checked the reviews before coming. Complete waste of time.

I'm utterly disappointed with my recent experience at Club Pilates. As a busy resident physician and first-time visitor, I planned my day to attend a class. However, the door to the studio was locked and I was denied entry when arrived 6-minutes late due to unexpected work demands. Unaware of the 5-minute grace period, hoped for understanding and flexibility.Instead, the instructor rudely denied entry, saying "Uhh... no" with a dismissive tone. This lack of empathy and courtesy left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome. I understand the need for rules, but as a newcomer, I would have appreciated being allowed into the class with a gentle reminder of the policies afterward. This would have given me the opportunity to learn about and respect the studio's rules without feeling completely alienated.Club Pilates should reevaluate their customer service approach. This terrible first impression has left me questioning whether l'd ever want to return. Club Pilates, please consider treating first-time visitors with more compassion and understanding.Tuesday 3/28/2023, 4pm class.

This place is so unprofessional. 6am class and there is a no show of instructor and front desk. No message nothing. All of us waited outside until 6:30am.

I’ve left this company about 4 months ago because it just too expensive for me. After calling and giving them an answer why I’m leaving and “accepting” my cancellation subscription. Finding out was still being charged $90 behind my back. This is my first angry review in my whole life. And just to do people like that is so shameful.

Jo the instructor was amazing. She really helped especially because it was my first class. The receptionist was super cool too!!!

They digitally signed a 3-month agreement for me with no ability to cancel. A week later, she's trying to get me in to sign the agreement since she knows I didn't sign it myself. After a bad experience at my third class (way too hard even though it was a beginner class and attitude from the instructor) they told me I couldn't cancel. I'm stuck paying more than $300 for 2 1/2 visits. Pilates is a great exercise, but with their draconian membership terms, think twice before you join.

I really love the class. It works me out without putting a lot of stress on my body.

For 4 classes a month, its about $88 or so. The pilates work out is to be incorporated with regular work out. I would say that its a good start prior to getting into heavy work outs. The Garden grove location however has young employees that do not show care for customer questions or concerns about unauthorized card charges. If you attempt to get answers, the usual repsonse is immediate denial of responsibility. Once they realized they were wrong and they still didn't apologize. I think the girls name was Rachel or Raquel (not sure). I canceled because they did minor charges on my card and I stopped trusting them. They would have me call a 3rd company to try and resolve. Anyway on the upside, they have some great instructors in every class.

New studio love how close it is to home for me. Instructors are welcoming and great at making sure you are doing things correctly and getting the best benefit.

Garden Grove has created an amazing environment outside (literally outside) for clients! The staff is incredibly welcoming. Teachers are knowledgeable and actually correct clients’ form. I am so thankful for the space that’s been created at CP Garden Grove, I take class every day and feel safe doing so. Pilates has been my lifesaver pre-covid and it is now more than ever. I imagine it’s a pain to move reformers and other equipment outside every day but it is very appreciated!
