Great school to train at! My 10 year old son loves all the coaches. They are patient and very thorough. I love to train here myself, we have a great team of ladies, that was a big component when choosing a school for me. All the professors are great :)

This place is awesome! They have classes 6 days per week. Convenient class times. Instruction is top notch. Family friendly environment to learn. It does not matter what your goals are, fitness, self defense, or competition training, this place will work great for you.

I am a student of GBgardengrove, been with this dojo for about 11 months . in my opinion this school is the best, from the senior instructor prof. Alex d’hue, prof. Josh, coaches Justin, Yvette, and Leo. These people lead by prof A.d’hue will teach you safety, techniques, build your stamina, and have a mindset of always improving and never stop growing as a jiujitsu practitioner .I also had the chance of being with prof. Alex d’hue outside of the dojo. This man is always looking after the students welfare and safety, I feel blessed to have this man as my instructor and friend.To everyone thinking, planning, to learn jiujitsuCheck out GBgardengrove, you will see what I am talking about.

I've been to many gyms and I can easily say that this one has been and still is the best. From the culture here to the lessons and the overall environment, this place is stellar. Professor Alex and Professor Josh have been more than welcoming to any and all those that step foot in the gym. I highly recommend coming by and seeing for yourself. Great for all skill levels, all age levels and all genders.You will learn self defense, you will improve your fitness, you will make friends and you will have fun.

I just moved here from New Jersey and was looking to continue my journey in jiu-jitsu. I've been training for about 5 years now and have had the opportunity to visit and train at many gyms around the world. I can tell you with 100% certainty that the jiu-jitsu being taught here @GBGardenGrove is of the HIGHEST QUALITY, but that's not what makes this gym so special. It's the people. If you’re thinking about taking up Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or getting your kids into it, Professor Alex’s professionalism and dedication to his students are second to none.
