They should add a hack squat machine they have a type of squat machine but you just can’t get a good enough stretch like a hack squat and there’s a decent amount of machines people don’t use and could probably fit a jack squat machine in there if they got rid of some machines

Men's restrooms dirty and smell like pee. Never no toilet paper and if there is it's in one stall and barely anything ever left cause everyone using that one toilet. Told a trainer there was bolt missing on a cable machine and he looked at me all confused like it wasn't his job. Sorry dude just cause you all about fitness don't mean that's your only job at a gym. The tall dude is cool though

Everyone here is so nice and friendly. And they have a dj Saturday mornings??

Was there today (10/09/23) staff was very friend and helpful very service minded. The property have lots of machines and free weight all the equipments and outlets in good working condition. I did have a very great time there. Thank you

I have been going to this 24 hour location since I was 18 and I have been away from Garden Grove for 3 years. I don't know what happened during the pandemic but this place is has gone down. The shower, pool, steam room and sauna are filthy. The floor from the locker and pool area looks like it hasn't been cleaned in over a year.There used to be a deep clean periodically before the pandemic. This place has enough patrons going to warrant the deep clean. The pictures speak for themselves.

Great front desk service and facilities

The staff here are very friendly and welcoming. They are always ready to help in whatever is needed as well as always have a happy face on. I’ve been coming here for years and although it might not be the best one I’ve been to it’s ok. I just wish they fixed the machines many don’t work properly especially the cardio ones.The bathrooms aren’t the cleanest but that is due to the people that come here.I’ve seen with my own eyes how dirty some women are here. And I can only say of the women because that is what I see in the dressing room as well as showers and bathrooms.I hate the fact that the steam and sauna a lot of times doesn’t work and again due to the people that come here.They are always pouring water in the steam and sauna.Yesterday I went and I saw a guy literally going at it with water and paper to supposedly make the steam turn on more.This gym should enforce rules on that but again these people don’t s listen and they keep messing things up.

The photos span a whole year and it still hasn’t been deep cleaned, machines are old and get broken down by misused by seniors. They do fix the machines after some time and there’s now a new added weight lifting area added to make it 6 spots.I didn’t find the people that go here particularly friendly but the staff is nice and helpful. I don’t think the staff can do the cleaning that probably corporate or owner expects. The owner needs to have serious consideration for cleaning, otherwise it’s a matter of time before this location gets closed by the health department.

Kind of a cramped gym with interesting set up for a lot of machines. If you have another 24 hour fitness location you can go to, it'll probably be worth it. If it's your only option, then it'll do the job but it's quite a shabby gym.Squat racks in the middle of the gym that are placed 2 by 2 facing each other??? Who decided this was a good idea. Instead of mirrors and being able to check your form... you instead get to look at another dude grunting and facing you.There are a lot of interesting characters in this gym from the awkward casuals trying to get someone to notice the ... to the gym rat couples who need to make out after every set.

Very bad, the cleanliness is bad from rest rooms to over all gym , I think Ben the manager needs to do more to keep the club clean now that is not open 24 hours. Take a look these bathrooms at the gym in Garden Grove, 24hr Fitness. This is what I saw Saturday August 13th. Who runs this place.? Whith all the $ they said. Dam./ those are pictures from today 8/17/23, people need to speak up.I am still disappointed in my Gym in Garden Grove, management really don't care about keeping the gym clean, weights are thrown all over place, trash is not emptied out, paper towels all over the floor, why do we pay 24hr if they are not even open 24 hrsRestrooms wow they are a mess too, people that work there ,they don't work they just hangs out at the front desk. Something needs to be done Look at Buena Park so much better great management team. Dm needs to look into this and clean house and get someone else in.
