The staff is friendly. The gym is clean and has all the equipment I need for a great workout. Could be the time for some updated equipment, though.

Formerly the GM and a trainer for this facility. I’m not going to spend 20 minutes dragging them thru the mud, I’m just gonna say; take it from someone who was on the inside. This owner (as well as his cousins who own pretty much all NWI facilities) do not care in the slightest about you as a member. They do not care about your requests or concerns unless it’s with a staff member. Members having altercations with other members is not even a concern. They just want your money. Oh and don’t let them get you on the prices. They will go as low as $35/month no matter what option you go with, so complain about price until you get that $35/month. You’re welcome

I come into town two times a year to visit family and this is my go to gym for the last several years All the equipment is clean and in very good condition. It has all the equipment you need to get a good workout. The staff are great, friendly and very accommodating with my short term gym needs at a very fair price. Till this day this is still my favorite gym to work out at.

I left this location because the bathrooms were always dirty. No hooks for your clothes in 2 of the 3. Bulbs not changed. Wobbly toilet. Took the black light in one day....the last day. Too bad. But the owner gave a 5 star review....guess he never came by.

This is a great gym! Very friendly and helpful staff, always clean facility and impressive assortment of equipment for the size of the club. I find everything I need to work all muscle groups. Don't miss the bigger gyms at all and it is reasonably priced. Keep up the good work!

I am stationed overseas and needed a short term gym membership. Since I was overseas I emailed them and with what they told me everything seemed great. Low cost, 24 hour access, and I get my deposit back when I leave. I gave the manager the dates I’d be in town and asked if my mother could pick up the fob and put the deposit down for me. Since I would arrive too late on Saturday to come in myself, I figured my mother could get my fob and I’d be able to start working out immediately. When she went there was no one around to help her and she had to wait for 20 minutes for someone to help her. She walked around asking people for help and no one had any idea where a staff member could be.When I got the fob everything worked but halfway through my visit my key fob stopped working. I went to workout one morning and I couldn’t get in but a random lady was kind enough to open the door. I decided to stay until 1000 in order to talk to someone about my key fob but even 20 mins past 1000, there was still no staff members there. I tried calling the phone hoping it may be forwarded to a manager or someone but nothing. I also tried emailing the manager to ask if anyone was planning to show up and no response. When I return to the states again for leave I will not be using Anytime Fitness again.

This is a great local gym! During our search for a gym my wife and I wound up choosing this gym for several reasons. It’s very close to home, variety of equipment and weights is plentiful, and the staff here is great. Clayton is one of the managers frequently onsite and does an excellent job of keeping the gym clean and organized. Overall we’re very happy with our decision to join anytime fitness!

Good gym itself, but anytime should really have a gym etiquette paper for new members, i.e. don't have a stack of weights at a bench while you spend 30 minutes flirting with somebody else. Put the weights back for people who are here to lift. That would make it 5 of 5 stars. Or by another set of weights so people trying to lift can while others use the gym as social hour.I did an entire workout and those weights haven't moved but when asked the young lady emphasized she was still using them.

First gym experience post covid shutdown and this facility is great! I have been impressed with overall cleanliness and all of the equipment seems to be well maintained. This is definitely the place if you want to strength train, do some cardio, maybe take a class. It has a very nice, studio type setup but it by no means has everything for everyone. If group fitness is your thing, join the YMCA as you will get more out of your experience.
