Canceled my membership at St. John last month. Was charged again this month. Naturally, I can't get hold of anyone. I'll leave bad reviews until I get my money back.

Lousy service, always out of clean towels (though they charge for towel service). Broken equipment on the regular. Anytime is a very basic gym for sure but this location is less than the standard, which is why I guess it’s always empty!

Attempted to visit the St. John location but was unable to get ahold of anyone. I understand that the gym is open 24 hours, so staff is not there 24/7 but I attempted to call multiple times and visit during regular business hours. No one ever answered the phone or was ever on site. I finally received a reply to my email 5 days later.I ended up going to Planet Fitness. Their customer service was great and they actually hooked me up with a free 24 hour pass to try out the facility. They have way more space and over triple the amount of treadmills. Definitely would recommend them if you’re having trouble with these guys!Part of being a business is prioritizing customer service. If you aren’t able to pick up a phone or respond to an email for 5 days, I think there’s room to grow.

Awesome gym! The place is very clean with good, updated equipment. This gym has all of the essentials needs to complete a good workout. Also, the staff is very helpful and friendly and is always willing to helping with any changes or questions about memberships. Candice has always helped me and is awesome!

Nice place to work out if you wanna get back into shape the staff is really nice they also have showers and if you don’t mind smith machines this a good place for you to work out

I LOVE this location! I started working out here years ago before the expansion. It was and still is Always clean, with very friendly staff, and everything you need to start your fitness journey. Theres also tanning for those that like to tan and hydro massage chairs.

Gym is clean and everyone is very friendly. I don't feel judged working out here. The classroom is very nice and have virtual classes available anytime. They also have a schedule of live classes and the instructors are excellent.
