I worked with these two coaches years upon years ago when I lived in Arizona and I STILL to this day use strategies they taught me when I trained with them. Specifically, Luis gave me a way to back squat that worked with a nerve injury I’ve had since birth. I have a right brachial plexus injury which made holding a barbell during a back squat painful, and it altered my form making the exercise useless. Luis gave me a way to back squat using a towel that quite literally allowed me to incorporate this large exercise back into my workout routine! Even from NYC I still am benefiting from the coaching of Luis and Renee!

Luis and Renee are both very competent and skilled in their practice. Renee is especially good with postpartum mommas and Luis has a special talent for building strength while maintaining mobility and preventing injury. You could not go wrong with these two!

I truly enjoy my sessions with Renee because she responds to your specific needs. I decided to start training six months postpartum and with her wealth of knowledge she made me feel at ease. She adequately challenges you, makes working out enjoyable, and overall motivates you to exercise. She will be one of your biggest hype person on your journey. She won’t BS and make you feel insecure. I would suggest her to everyone, regardless of their level of fitness.

Love working out at this gym! Luis and Renee are incredible trainers who really put a lot of time and effort into making exercise an enjoyable experience. I felt like I was fairly savy when it came to body mechanics and lifting. Little did I know, that the slightest adjustments of the hips, shoulders, legs and core would not only relieve pain, but also help my lifting to get stronger and heavier. I appreciate their help and would recommend them to anyone from a beginner level to those who have been lifting/exercising for years. Also their gym was clean. Much appreciated!
