I canceled my membership four months ago via phone. After getting billed several times, I finally called and was told the membership was not canceled. I explained that I have not used their services in over 4 months and so I requested a refund. Not for all 4 months, just this month. The assistant manager was incredibly rude and annoyed by my questions. She said “well you should have noticed that you were getting charged sooner.” When I asked to speak to her manager, she told me it was “a waste of time.” I was crying by the end of the phone call. I am appalled at the heartlessness of that assistant manager and feel sorry for anyone who has to experience her.

They moved the rowers ! Too crowded ! No social distancing ! Please remove one rower from each side & just leave 2 rowers. I liked the rowers facing the outside like before ! Maybe put back 2 rowers infront where it was.

I love the 30 minute circuit! I also love the relaxed atmosphere of the gym and the judgement-free zone! It has a nice feeling that other gyms don't have.

Been with this location for over 5 years and when I canceled they charged me $23.40. They said it was an annual fee. Told them I was already charged $39.59 this month and couldn’t tell me why I was charged again. They will refund the money but will take 7-10 business days when it 2 seconds for them to take it. The rep put down I canceled due to annual fee when I clearly told him because I don’t go there no more.

The short rotund woman who runs the front desk is unprofessional and doesn't know what's she's doing. I have been stopped at this location 3 times because they can't get a handle on my account. How hard is it to just take my credit card and keep the information you get?? Hope you're not getting 15/hr.

The staff is super friendly and easy to banter with. They always tell us to have a good work out and they always say goodbye! Perfect amount of equipment! Location is good for us too!

This gym has great new equipment, and is very clean, a lot cleaner than EOS. And it doesn't get nearly as crowded, those are the things I like about it.
