Where have you been all my life? And why was I overpaying for so called 'premium' gym membership at 4X the price, that doesn't offer tanning or massage beds or training included or whole body therapy?! Whatttt!!! This place is kept so clean, employees are so nice...I am thrilled with this place.

I love working out here! It is such a positive environment. Everyone who works here is super friendly. The equipment is always being wiped down. I look forward to coming here to workout 3-4 times per week.

I just moved here and needed a new planet fitness to go to. By the ratings, I figured this planet fitness would be perfect. However, the bathrooms are terrible. The showers are never clean. It’s every week. It’s always hair in the drains, hair on the walls, dirt, trash and leftover belongings in the showers. The handicap shower has been broken since I have been coming here which has been a month ago now and it’s still broken. I try to give some understanding but when every shower is dirty and still looks the same from last week it’s an issue.

Cant ever go to this place because they're always closed so I go to EOS with my gf. What gym closes at 7 or 8 on weekends and 9 on weekdays?? Most people dont even get off work until 6?? Its a nice gym if you're not a responsible adult who works for a living. So much for my black card membership what a joke this gym is about free money not helping people stay healthy

This gym is so dirty. There's hair all over the drains in the shower, there's hair in the sinks in the bathrooms! They don't clean overnight, which is the reason they don't go back to 24 hours! I left my my water bottle on accident at a machine, It was still there when I went the next day.As soon as you walk in there is a funky smell.

One of the larger locations I have been to and the staff here is friendly and personable. One thing I noticed is there is no rowing machine at this location for whatever reason. This location is very spread out and you don't feel like you are working too close to someone else. Also the machines ate cleaner here than any other PF I've been to and I've been to over 60 probably

The staff is always warm and friendly. The gym is always clean. There’s plenty of space so you don’t feel like you’re working out right next to someone. There are plenty of amenities.

If I could rate this Gym, I would give them a 4 star review for back in July 2021 when I switch from the Tukee gym however now I would not even give them 1 star. Place went downhill after the manager changed. Showers and restrooms were always dirty. Only good thing to say was how nice the Associate Jessie was. He was always nice and courteous. Today was the nail on the coffin for my membership with PF. Just could not continue to support a place that didn't take the welfare of their members. No longer a PF fan or member.

Generally, the gym seemed pretty clean and there was a lot of room in the locker room to change and get dressed. The showers are roomy, and are the kinds with showers and a changing area all in one private space, which is really nice. It feels much more private, and it’s easier to keep your items safe while taking a shower. Unfortunately, the drain in the shower I used was completely clogged, which I realized once my hair was sudsy with shampoo (making it difficult to move to another shower stall). The water was already several inches deep in the middle, so the water went over my sandals.🤢 It was really gross, not to mention unhealthy as everyone knows public locker room floors are breeding grounds for skin diseases and fungi. I understand it can take time to get these things fixed, but a sign on the stall would have been really easy. I spoke to the staff present and they already knew of the problem…not sure why the management hadn’t considered giving their customers a heads up. Seems like a no brained to me. The staff member listened and was kind and respectful at least, and said she’d tell her manager the feedback.
