What a great place; big, open with LOTS of equipment. Always clean, never have to wait for a machine or a booth. The staff are super friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. A trip into the Black Card spa is a wonderful way to congratulate yourself for getting through a workout! Would definitely recommend this location!

Been going to this gym for 6 months the machines werent working right. Water fountain was disgusting. I cancelled my membership because I moved. I asked the guy I was talking to if I would get charged again and he said no. I got charged again for another month. I called and talked to a manger and she didnt help at all, she didnt even seem like she wanted to help. All she kept saying was, "there's nothing I can do". So practically I just made a private donation to this facility. Never going back to a planet fitness again.

Friendly staff, plenty of machines (not crowded in the early morning), and the showers also have a connected changing room👍 Feels more like a spa shower than a gym shower. Only downside is the changing rooms don't have outlets like the Ahwatukee location but there are some located in the locker room. Favorite Planet Fitness in the area. Signed up in Ahwatukee but want to make this my home gym now.

This gym has knowledgable staff members always willing to help. It's always clean. This location has showers, hydro massage chairs and tanning. Great place to workout and then relax. Open 24-7.

Super clean. Friendly and informative staff. 1st gym I've been a member of, so I cant compare to another, BUT, I feel this place is now my 2nd home. If you're nervous about being a novice in the gym, GO TO THIS ONE! It really welcomes you in and you'll be suprised how much you become addicted to showing up here.

I recently signed up for Design You Own and Classes. Daniel is a great trainer! He listened when I told him about a couple of limitations and created a plan that works for me. 5/5 for DanielThis location is always clean, clients are courteous, and staff is polite and knowledgeable. Better than average value for the price. If you need an in/out place to workout that is reasonable priced and clean, this is it.

I’m a truck driver and I go into a lot of planet fitness across the country but this one is the top of the line . Nice people with no problems very clean the best showers set up really well with privacy. Everything was very neat . I will be back soon . Thank you for a wonderful work out .

I went kind of late in the evening around 8. It's a smaller gym than other Planet Fitness's I've been to. The total body enhancement and massage lounges were closed down due to repairs and the shower stalls were dirty. Main part of gym was clean but to me, it seemed like this was probably one of the first Planet fitness's to open as the workout equipment was older than the ones that I've gone to. Hope their renovation goes swiftly as this will be my new gym from my last location.😬

This is the largest Planet Fitness that I have visited. Equipment was new and in good repair. Very clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Other users were courteous and cleaned their equipment. The black card, relaxation area is the best I've seen. Deep tissue, hydro massage, stand up tanning as well as lay down, and beauty angel cellulite burner. I highly re comment this gym.

Been going to this location a couple weeks now. So far I really love it. My only 1 small complaint would be they need to get a trash can in the locker rooms asap. I hate picking up after people who leave their trash on the counter but I do. I'm sure a simple trash can would take care of this.
