Planet fitness is a great place to get your workout on without having to wait for a open bench or machine. I get my work out in and then hit the hydro massage for 10 minutes before I leave. Check it out, you won't be dissapointed. The only downfall is that there's no freestanding bench press , the smith machines limit your range of motion. Other than that I love Planet Fitness!!

I give 3 stars because the gym itself is great! I just moved and had to re-register to make this gym my home gym. Emily helped with that but came to an area on the screen that she needed help with. Kate came over to help, not even acknowledging me and basically standing there twiddling her hair and assisted Emily. Emily asked when my birthday was and I said that today was my birthday. Emily said happy birthday to me cheerfully. Kate, not even looking at me says, year? In just a flat toned voice. So, I worked out and went to tan but because I just transferred it wasn't recognizing me. The girl helping me asked for Kate to come help. She comes over does something on the computer and just stands there, twiddling her hair. She is good at the hair twiddling thing but not with customer. She needs a couple of classes on customer service. Emily was great tho!

Really nice and clean gym to use from out of town!ETA: I think planet fitness should start requiring masks again until people learn to not be disgusting. I’ve seen multiple people walk out of the bathroom and not wash their hands, a couple not wipe off their mat/equipment after using and sweating on it. Furthermore people are still coughing and sneezing into the air. It’s really gross. Pandemic or not there’s no excuse for grown people to not have basic cleanliness and decency. This a review for the members and not the workers. The workers are always nice!

Dakota was so nice to me. As soon as I walked in Dakota and Jake made my day and complimented me and directed me to the workout stations. They helped me with the machines and are so nice and rad.

2nd time this week 2 different locations closed early and wouldn't let us use our Black Member privileges even when we would've been out before they closed. Locked their doors at least 15 minutes prior to closing and we had to wait outside for a patron to exit before we could enter. Horrible customer service. We're canceling our family's memberships.

All the staff members are so friendly and they're always smiling when I come in the door. Many of them know me by name and that really means a lot to me. Natalie is very knowledgeable and has helped get some of my questions answered when I won free membership for a year. Charlie is so sweet and helpful. He carries my mat for me when I need to do floor exercises.
