I never thought I would feel comfortable or enjoy going to a gym. Planet Fitness changed my mind. The staff are super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I'm 73 and look forward to my workouts 3x a week, and feel great afterwards. I definitely recommend Greenfield Lakes in Gilbert!

Equipment is clean and everything works, the staff is incredibly friendly and the hours I want to go they're never seems to be a large crowd, which is everything I could ask for in a gym especially for this price.

Staff was amazing. Water at my apartment was out and they allowed me to bring my roommates in 1 at a time ofcourse so we could all shower for work

Very disappointed in how new manager shared what previous did wrong. As a paying member i dont need to hear any of that. Please stop talking to each other and help the guest especially when employees are sitting on counters.

I've been going to this location for about 3 years now. Although there's been a turnover in staffing, I still get the same high quality customer/member service and they have maintained high standards of neatness and cleanliness. Nice, spacious parking as well.

Cost effective, clean, well maintained, friendly, comfortable environment are words that just begin to describe why Planet Fitness is awesome. I can go in there and do my thing, without having to worry about being sold something, or compete with people who lives their entire lives at the gym.

Nick, helped me get back into the club, by updating my membership, updating my payment method, crediting months that the club was down or I did not use the club.He was professional, courteous, understanding, as were all the club employees.The Greenfield Lakes location is the cleanest most professionally run club in the Phoenix area.Highly recommend this club and see Nick as my choice for the most informed and professional employee.James J. I printed off Planet Fitness' one day pass to try out their gym to consider membership. Went in to the Greenfield Lakes location on December 14th at 6 PM and I was told that they don't accept the 1 day pass from the Planet Fitness website. If I want to try them out, I need to pay for a membership for 1 month minimum. I went to a different location and the pass was accepted and I joined.
