The staff are always friendly. Gym is very clean and spread out. Almost all the equipment I need is available. Not too crowded no matter the time of day.

Best gym I've ever been to!!! The manager is phenomenal and by far one of the coolest people I've ever met! The employees take care of the gym and are always attentive. If I could give 1000 stars I would.

I will remove this review and put it on the location opening on March 18. I cannot believe that I got a flyer about this place and the phone number doesn’t work and the hours Monday through Friday 10 AM to 7 PM and Saturday and Sunday 9 AM to 3 PM are utterly ridiculous. I would never join a gym that has limited hours such as this. Also the company should inform their staff of any advertising that goes out at the nearest location which is up the street on Greenfield as they have no clue as to what’s going on with this. So I received this brochure and has not done anything for me except disappoint me at the lack of what is offered on this.

Great staff and always clean. Tanning beds are nice.There are stand up and lay down beds for tanning. Max 9 mins for tanning. If you need a base tan or just a little color. I use it as a HACK to trick my mind. I just dress for the gym and ONLY go to tan. I end up working out just a little and some days that grows to longer workouts.

I went into Planet Fitness on Greenfield and Warner to get a membership (Oct. 31 around noon). I had a few questions regarding payment methods. After answering my questions - the manager told me he could not sign me up - that I needed to download the app, open an account myself, and come back in for "housekeeping." I was basically turned away trying to open an account. I don't understand why an app is necessary for someone to work out. I am totally fine with apps, but it seems like basic customer service to sign someone up when they are standing in front of you. I was really confused, so I asked him..." you are saying you won't open an account for me now?" He confirmed and told me "come back after you have opened an account and we will get you set up." He was nice to me (as I was to him) - but he didn't take the time to get my account set up. I had a Planet Fitness membership in the previous city I lived - I loved it and was hoping to join here as well. I don't know if I will - customer service goes a long way with me.

I love Planet Fitness and this particular gym. I tried canceling my to have auto payments stop because I got covid in January 2022. Then after six weeks of isolation, I ended up with “long covid” and was quite sick until May. I called to cancel in the midst of my misery but no, I was told I have to come into the club! I wasn’t able to do this and let the payments continue to be withdrawn out of my account because I simply didn’t know if I could manage getting to the facility. I then had to move across town to south Phoenix, far, far away from my “home club” because of a family emergency and haven’t been in the gym since. My payments are still being taken out of my account. That’s a lot of money in the last eight months!!! I’m planning to leave the country in October and decided to finally try canceling again. I called my home gym tonight and the guy who answered the phone could only say “I can’t” then I asked what CAN you do? This poor guy didn’t seemed trained to even answer my simplest questions which were few. *Please train your people customer service for over the phone!* I pressed him further as to what I CAN do and he said to send an email to “the club”. I said I’d prefer to send it to a manager, not “the club”. He said I had to provide a photo of my ID and an email stating I wanted to cancel and to send it to “the club” email address. Well, I’m not convinced. Especially after Googling how to cancel Planet Fitness and saw I’m supposed to send a certified letter to the home office!? I wish this could be simple but it hasn’t been. I don’t have a clue what to do and I’m NOT sending a photo of my identification to “the club” until I understand what exactly needs to happen next.

This is my home gym iv been a member since they open early 2017/2018 I forgot. I have my moments where I go often and sometimes stop. Since I am headed back again I decided to write on it. The one is very new very clean and big. The workers are so awesome especially a guy name Anderson or Henderson he has been there just as long and works hard and greats my brother and I with his girlfriend when we use to go. I’m very excited to go back

I have a black card membership and really enjoy it. Their facilities are clean and orderly everytime I visit. The staff is always very nice, and equipment is in good working order. With my black card membership I can visit any of their locations and I can use the massage chairs or lounges after my workout to relax.

My work out experience was overall great! But I got a very uncomfortable vibe from one of the workers Teniel, he seems completely two faced and gives off a very creepy and disturbing facade. I truly don’t appreciate being being checked out while I’m trying to work out and better myself, he really need to get his wandering eye checked out. It’s sad to say that such a well established gym like Planet Fitness hired an individual such as him.

Awesome gym, very friendly staff and always clean. After lifting for a few years changing it up and trying crossfit. Called to cancel over the phone and they started it. Then got a call back from them saying actually they couldn't cancel and that they had to make me come in to try and settle balances, which I had none since everything was auto withdrawn from account. Great gym while your there but they play the car sales game trying to make sure you don't leave and make it a very difficult process to cancel.
